To manage this increase in stock and the opportunities this brings, we are seeking exceptional candidates for the following roles:

Housing Manager

Full-time permanent

With a sound knowledge of legislation relating to tenancy management and allocations, we are looking for a team player with a supportive and inclusive management style who is innovative, sympathetic and professional in their approach to service delivery. Business Improvement Analyst

12 month fixed term initially with option to extend to 24 months and a review

With experience of producing and reporting management information and of achieving and implementing process improvement quality standards – this new exciting post will be responsible for developing and supporting these areas of work within Connswater Homes.
